Terms and conditions

Last updated 14 October 2026. These are the terms for using the Wootz CRM.

1. Your account

You need an account to use the CRM. Keep your password to yourself and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it. You are responsible for what happens under your account, including what the staff you add to it do.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, that is used to send spam, or that has not been paid for.

2. Your data

The leads, enquiries, contacts, messages and files you add belong to you. We store them so the service can work and we do not sell them or use them for anything else.

Messages that arrive through connected channels, such as WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram or email, are stored in your account so your team can answer them. Connecting a channel means you are allowed to receive those messages on behalf of your company.

You can export your leads, enquiries and reports at any time. If you close your account we delete its data after thirty days.

3. Plans and payment

New accounts start on a free trial. When it ends, you choose a plan to carry on. Plans are billed in advance for the period shown on the pricing page and renew until you cancel.

If a plan runs out, your data stays in place and you can read it, but you cannot add to it until the plan is renewed.

4. Fair use

Do not use the CRM to send unsolicited messages, to store content that is illegal or that you have no right to hold, or to attack or overload the service.

Keep within the limits of your plan. We may slow down or pause an account that goes far beyond them.

5. The service

We aim to keep the CRM available around the clock, but it is provided as it is and we cannot promise it will never go down. We will tell you in advance about planned maintenance where we can.

Channels such as WhatsApp or Facebook are run by other companies. If they change or withdraw their services we may have to change or remove the matching feature.

6. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss of business, profit or data that comes from using or being unable to use the CRM. Our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make a change that matters, we will email the account owner before it takes effect. Carrying on using the CRM after that means you accept the new terms.

8. Contact

Questions about these terms can be sent to the support team from the settings page inside the CRM, or from the help button on the login page.
